Her portrait with that bemused look looks just a Navy Commander I just loved. She was thught to be too strict by most, however, I realized how much I was learning and she always gave me the most complicated patients, promoted me to be lead Corpsman, when she heard about the grumbling other men she saw that I was promoted to Petty Officer, Officers and enlisted were not allowed to co-mingle but even though she was my parents age I have always wondered what more she could teach me.
