~ Missing in Action ~ 30 August

The PC has been the source of great good in our lives but, as we so well know, of even greater evil.
Many of you may recall that during the last week of June, I sustained an injury to my back. After a “not-long-enough” rest, I returned to Breathing Catholic but, sadly, now, the Repetitive Strain of the PC movements, posture and chair, have aggravated the injury to my previously dislocated shoulder blade.

So this Soldier of Christ has been temporarily “boarded.”
Please pray with me for patience in the trials and sufferings of this life and for our Divine Physician to touch all those who are in pain and myself and grant us cures in body and soul.

Missing you already sweet and faithful friends. 🧡🙏 Ana

Passionate Catholic. Being a Catholic is a way of life - a love affair "Religion must be like the air we breathe..."- St John Bosco Prayer is what the world needs combined with the example of our lives which testify to the Light of Christ. This site, which is now using the Traditional Calendar, will mainly concentrate on Daily Prayers, Novenas and the Memorials and Feast Days of our friends in Heaven, the Saints who went before us and the great blessings the Church provides in our Catholic Monthly Devotions. This Site is placed under the Patronage of my many favourite Saints and especially, St Paul. "For the Saints are sent to us by God as so many sermons. We do not use them, it is they who move us and lead us, to where we had not expected to go.” Charles Cardinal Journet (1891-1975) This site adheres to the Catholic Church and all her teachings. PLEASE ADVISE ME OF ANY GLARING TYPOS etc - In June 2021 I lost 95% sight in my left eye and sometimes miss errors. Thank you and I pray all those who visit here will be abundantly blessed. Pax et bonum! 🙏

    1. Dear Dennis
I have thought of you, your long drive and your most kind prayers everyday and offered my own efforts for you and your loved ones.
You see, I have obeyed the instructions and not even opened the PC for 2 weeks now.
I am feeling much better and should be back soon.
May the beloved Lord bless you always! 🙏🧡🙌

      2. Thank you Dennis for keeping me in your travelling Rosary – you will stay in mine too..
I am trying new chairs to see how I manage whilst I await the Doc’s go-ahead and for our electricity to come back to normal (10 hours per day in darkness at present). So I couldn’t come back this week anyway 😡
I pray it will be next week now.
Don’t get the bit about my husband Dennis?

    1. Thank you dear Caitlynne.
I have followed the advice and not been near this machine at all.
It is 2 weeks now but feels like 2 months!
I am nearly ready to return and bless you for your kind prayers. 🙏🤗🧡 I send my humble prayers for you and the family in return.

      Thank you!
I got it – will send a pic on email.
It is FANTASTIC – a truly wonderful product.
I am so sorry you can’t get it in the US. It is truly brilliant.
Thank you for your prayers – I have stayed away from the PC but will soon be back in the saddle.🙌🙏💖💕

  2. I really love and appreciate your efforts. Yes, I will miss you but of more importance is God’s reason for allowing you to be sidelined for a while. Please rest knowing there is purpose and his perfect will is our only concern.

    1. Dear Jane your words of Christlike wisdom are and were, a balm to me during these past 2 weeks.
As you can see, I have not even switched the PC on and tried to rest and recover.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers and for being here with us all.
May the Beloved bless you always with His Wisdom. 🙏🤗

      Bless you and thank you!
Your prayers have been immensely helpful. I do NOT do sick very well but this time I have obeyed instructions and stayed away from the PC.
I am feeling much better and much less pain so should be back soon.
My humble prayers remain with you and yours. 🙏🤗🧡

    1. Thank you Peaceful Catholic !
Your prayers have helped me to be a more peaceful patient than I usually am.
I am now nearly mended and should be back soon.
      Bless you always 🙌🙏💖

      1. Dear Peaceful Catholic – been trying to find a better chair as well as battling Black-outs 3-4 times a day in SA.
The Lord knows what He is doing so it is just as well I have not received the “go-ahead” from te Doc – keep praying please. I am starting to become very impatient with myself too 😟😪🙏

      3. Dear Sonya
I am so sorry to hear this – back troubles affect everything in your life. I will add you to my Daily List too – give me your full name please.
You are so right – about Doctors – I hardly ever go but this time I was afraid of making the same mistake again and coming back before I should.
But I am with you 100% – only our Good Lord and His Blessed Mother, can help us in ALL our needs.
        THANK YOU! 🙏
