It is (Christ) who is head of the body, the Church….Colossians 1:18
REFLECTION – “Never separate yourself from the Church.
No institution has the power of the Church.
The Church is your hope.
The Church is your salvation.
The Church is your refuge.”..St John Chrysostom
PRAYER – Lord God, strength of those who hope in You, by Your will, St John Chrysostom became renowned in the Church for his astounding eloquence and his forbearance in persecution. Grant that we may be enriched by his teaching and encouraged by the example of his unconquerable fortitude. St John of the Golden Mouth, pray for us, amen.
