Our Morning Offering – 18 January – Feast of the Chair of the Apostle, St Peter at Rome
O Peter, Who was Named by Christ!
By Stanbrook Abbey
For the Feast of the Chair of St Peter
O Peter who was named by Christ!
The guardian-shepherd of His flock,
Protect the Church He built on thee
To stand unyielding, firm on rock.
Thy weakness, Christ exchanged for strength,
Thou faltered but He made thee true.
He knew the greatness of thy love
And gave the keys of heav’n to thee.
Unseen, eternal Trinity,
We give Thee glory, praise Thy Name,
Thy love keeps faith, with faithless men,
Through change and stress, Thou art the same.
Amen
Powerless I see. I read were you leader couldn’t attend a conference because of his “concerns” over power outages. You know SA has an abundance of 2 things – wind and sunshine. Excellent sources of power.

Yep and COAL- when we send at least 50 huge trucks to Mozambique (secretly but spotted by a random civilian and filmed at the border) to Mozambique to assist their power problems! Whats up?!? AND SELL POWER TO ZIMBABWE??????
We have wind farms but not enough. We have water power too but they only work when we have no drought.
Virtually every house (in expensive areas) have their own solar but they are penalised if they attempt to sell it back to the Grid????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is the usual fraudulent shenanigans going on methinks!
