Time for charging my battery…

Dearly Beloved fellow-pilgrims,
I am taking a little pause for the next 10+- days,
for rest and charging my battery.

May our Good Lord, His Holy Mother
and all our many friends in the Angels
and the Saints, bless you all whilst we are apart.

You are always in my lowly prayers

Passionate Catholic. Being a Catholic is a way of life - a love affair "Religion must be like the air we breathe..."- St John Bosco Prayer is what the world needs combined with the example of our lives which testify to the Light of Christ. This site, which is now using the Traditional Calendar, will mainly concentrate on Daily Prayers, Novenas and the Memorials and Feast Days of our friends in Heaven, the Saints who went before us and the great blessings the Church provides in our Catholic Monthly Devotions. This Site is placed under the Patronage of my many favourite Saints and especially, St Paul. "For the Saints are sent to us by God as so many sermons. We do not use them, it is they who move us and lead us, to where we had not expected to go.” Charles Cardinal Journet (1891-1975) This site adheres to the Catholic Church and all her teachings. PLEASE ADVISE ME OF ANY GLARING TYPOS etc - In June 2021 I lost 95% sight in my left eye and sometimes miss errors. Thank you and I pray all those who visit here will be abundantly blessed. Pax et bonum! πŸ™

  1. Time for a pause I am certain. You are always in my prayers and with a special connection via the Holy Spirit. Two things I want to mention, the first being that I have a wonderful lady in my life and ,as she is married, we share a pew on Sundays and occasionally go out for breakfast with her brother. Secondly, you misspelled a word- not lowly prayers but lovely prayers we receive from you. rest and heal dearest Annie. HH

I am happy you are happy and have a lovely new friend to grant you comfort and support. Life can be lonely in a new location and friends are sent to soften the hard edges of life.
Thank you for your immense and unceasing kindness and love.
I am very tired – all I want to do is sleep.
See you soon and take good care of yourself and say Hi to your new friend from me.

  2. Dear Mary – thank you for your good wishes. At least we know the remedy for tiredness.
At least sleep is always the easiest and best cure.
Take care and see you soon.
God bless your work on the Bulletin too. πŸ™πŸ’˜ Ana
