One Minute Reflection – 29 May
Well done, you are an industrious and reliable servant…..come share your master’s joy……..Matthew 25:21
REFLECTION – “It is not enough to pray: “Thy kingdom come” but to work, so that the Kingdom of God will exist among us today.”…………St Ursula Ledóchowska

PRAYER – Heavenly Father, help me to accept the tasks you have given me to do in life. Let me be faithful all my days and be able to attain Your eternal reward in heaven. St Ursula Ledóchowska, you accepted all work given you, no matter the circumstances and undergoing immense hardships to fulfil your mission and do the work of God, please pray for us, that we too, may be faithful at all times and in all circumstances, amen.

Passionate Catholic.
Being a Catholic is a way of life - a love affair "Religion must be like the air we breathe..."- St John Bosco
Prayer is what the world needs combined with the example of our lives which testify to the Light of Christ.
This site, which is now using the Traditional Calendar, will mainly concentrate on Daily Prayers, Novenas and the Memorials and Feast Days of our friends in Heaven, the Saints who went before us and the great blessings the Church provides in our Catholic Monthly Devotions.
This Site is placed under the Patronage of my many favourite Saints and especially, St Paul.
"For the Saints are sent to us by God
as so many sermons.
We do not use them, it is they who move us
and lead us, to where we had not expected to go.”
Charles Cardinal Journet (1891-1975)
This site adheres to the Catholic Church and all her teachings.
PLEASE ADVISE ME OF ANY GLARING TYPOS etc - In June 2021 I lost 95% sight in my left eye and sometimes miss errors. Thank you and I pray all those who visit here will be abundantly blessed. Pax et bonum! 🙏

This is why I realize that the simple task of offering prayers for each other is not so simple at all, because in it we must also agree to put ourselves at God’s disposal since he works through us to minister his kingdom.

Larry you always ‘rock the boat’! So wise. Now you make me think – people always say “I can’t actually DO anything but I can pray for them.” But what you are exploring is just that – possibly God will suggest that you do actually do something (obviously a task which IS possible though difficult). Wow! This same saint said above “You must never ask Jesus to wait.”
