Our Morning Offering – 17 August – Friday of the Nineteenth week in Ordinary Time, Year B
Steer the Vessel of our Life, O God
By St Augustine (354-430) Father & Doctor
Frail is our vessel,
and the ocean is wide;
but as in Your mercy
You have set our course,
so steer the vessel of our life
towards the everlasting shore of peace,
and bring us at length
to the quiet haven of our heart’s desire,
where You, O God, are blessed,
and live and reign for ever and ever.
Amen

This site, which is now using the Traditional Calendar, will mainly concentrate on Daily Prayers, Novenas and the Memorials and Feast Days of our friends in Heaven, the Saints who went before us and the great blessings the Church provides in our Catholic Monthly Devotions.
This Site is placed under the Patronage of my many favourite Saints and especially, St Paul.

We do not use them, it is they who move us
